











The Board has considered a private service for plowing, however the cost associated would likely affect our homeowner's dues. After the Board noted additional liability concerns with respect to having the Barrington HOA plow our state roads, it was determined to continue to have VDOT place us on their schedule.

High Sierra Pools, Inc was awarded the pool contract for three years starting in 2009. They provide complete management of the Barrington pool from facility setup to staffing and operation. Sierra's first priority is to make the pool a safe, clean and fun place to enjoy.
High Sierra will also be conducting group swim lessons during the summer at the Barrington pool. Instruction will be provided for a wide range of age and skill levels. Sign ups will be held at the Barrington pool during pool hours. Class space will be limited and will be provided on a first come first serve basis. Payment is required at the time of registration.

Con-Serv, Inc (CSI) will provide solid waste and recycling management services starting on October 1, 2008. CSI collects trash in Barrington on the following schedule:

CSI uses 'single-stream recycling' which does not require that recycling be separated. Except for yard waste, which should be separated, recyclable materials can be comingled in the blue recycling container.
